I use freemind when I need to make a major...Nice. <br /><br />I use freemind when I need to make a major revision and I want to keep everything straight, but your whiteboard looks much easier to read!<br /><br />It's rare that I type any new scene before writing a barebones sort of "telling" version in my notebook that includes a scene goal. <br /><br />And I usually don't even get that far if I've only got a story premise.
